About ForeFlux

ForeFlux reads your sales and tells you what to order, how much, and by when. This page is who builds it, why, and how we work with the businesses using it.
The short version
ForeFlux is built by two people in Metro Manila for businesses that sell physical stock, food first. It exists because counting stock and guessing next week's order eats the hours an owner would rather spend on the business, or on their life. We suggest, you decide. Every number is shown, every number can be overridden, and your call wins.
Why this exists
The Philippines runs on small and medium businesses, and they run without a safety net. A bad month of overordering is not a line in a report. It is money that was already spent. Hiring someone to count stock and forecast orders by hand is expensive, and the tools that would do it were built for enterprises, if they were built at all.
We started ForeFlux in a living room. One of us was running a web studio and had realised that anyone can offer a website. Almost nobody can say they gave an owner back forty hours a week with one piece of software. The other had seen the manual version of this job up close and knew exactly what it cost. Between those two facts was the product.
What we saw that started it
Before ForeFlux, Hans watched a full 40-hour work week go to tracking 2,000 items by hand, at roughly ₱50,000 a month in wages. That was the entire job. The first working version of ForeFlux did the same arithmetic in seconds.
That is a founder's experience, not a customer study. We say so because the difference matters, and because the customer studies are coming. See "Proof" below.
Who builds it

How we work
- We suggest, you decide. ForeFlux never places an order on its own. It shows the forecast and the order it would place, and you change anything you like. The override sticks.
- We say "not enough data yet" instead of guessing. A brand-new item gets an honest blank, not a made-up number. See why we suggest, you decide.
- We reply within 48 hours on business days. To a person, not a queue. Send a message.
- Pilot businesses use ForeFlux free and help decide what it should cost. Nothing is charged without telling you first, by email, with time to decide. The FAQ has the detail.
- We write down what we know. The guides explain the ordering maths in plain language, with sources, whether or not you ever use ForeFlux.
Proof
The honest state today: ForeFlux is in pilot with a real business in the Philippines. Their story goes here when they say yes to being named, and not before. Until then, the proof is the product itself. The demo is the real thing running on demo data, no signup, no card.
What a pilot owner would miss
