What ForeFlux is
What is ForeFlux?
ForeFlux is software that tells a small business what to order before it runs out. It reads your own sales history. That becomes two things: a demand forecast and an order list. The order list shows how much of each item to buy, per branch, and the date each order has to be in by. It saves you the hours of rebuilding an order sheet by hand every week, and it stops the stockouts and spoilage that come with guessing. You just check a list that is already done. ForeFlux is built in the Philippines for Philippine businesses first, and it works anywhere a business sells physical stock.
Is ForeFlux an ERP?
ForeFlux is a lightweight ERP for small and medium businesses. Big ERP systems try to run everything in a company and take months to set up. ForeFlux takes the one part that costs a small business money every week: knowing what to order, how much, and by when. It automates that end to end: sales in, forecast out, order list done. No consultants or training course needed. Maybe you've been told you need an ERP, but everything you've seen is built for corporations. ForeFlux is the size that fits.
Who is ForeFlux for?
Businesses that sell physical stock: a mall kiosk, a weekend pop-up, a burger stall, a shop with a few branches. It reads your own sales, your own suppliers, and your own hours. It makes no assumptions about your menu. ForeFlux is made in Metro Manila, for small and medium businesses in the Philippines first. But it works wherever you sell.
How it works
How does ForeFlux know what to order?
From what you sold. ForeFlux takes your sales history, your suppliers' delivery days and order deadlines, and your branch hours. Then it lays out the next order: how much of each item, and the date it has to be in by. You can change any number. The plan follows you. If it doesn't have enough history to forecast an item, it says so plainly instead of guessing.
What if the forecast is wrong?
You override it, and it sticks. Change any suggested number and ForeFlux recalculates everything downstream around your call, not its own. We suggest, you decide. That is not a slogan. It is how every number in the app behaves.
What if my sales live in a spreadsheet or a notebook?
You move that history in once. It takes about five minutes. After that, the numbers take care of themselves. ForeFlux doesn't need a point-of-sale system or a technical setup to start. The history you already have is enough for the forecast to start learning your business.
Does it handle more than one branch?
Yes. Every branch runs its own week: different hours, different sales, different orders. ForeFlux forecasts per item and per branch. Each location gets its own order list, built from its own history and hours.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send a message on your phone, you can use ForeFlux. Check it one-handed at closing time, no manual or laptop required.

Is there a demo?
Yes, with no sign-up and no card. The demo runs the real product on demo data: a burger business with an SM Mall of Asia kiosk, a BGC weekend pop-up, and a Cebu IT Park branch. You can watch it forecast and build order sheets before deciding anything. Open it from the ForeFlux home page.
What does ForeFlux cost?
ForeFlux is currently in pilot and free to use. Prices have not been set. We are setting them together with the first businesses using it. We will not charge anything without telling you first, by email, with time to decide. If you want to be one of the first, talk to us.
How do I join the pilot?
Send us a message and tell us about your business: what you sell, how many branches, where your sales live today. We read every message ourselves and reply within 48 hours on business days. Pilot businesses use ForeFlux free and help decide what it should cost.
Your data
Who can see my sales data?
Your data is yours. The privacy page spells out what ForeFlux collects, where it is stored, who can see it, and how to export or erase it. It's written to be read in full. ForeFlux forecasts from your history and doesn't sell or share it.
How fast do you reply when something's wrong?
We read every message ourselves. We reply within 48 hours on business days. Send a message from the support page. It lands straight on our board.
