Terms of Service

These terms apply to ForeFlux, operated from Metro Manila, Philippines. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, don't use the service.

1. What the service is

ForeFlux records your sales, stock and purchase orders, and forecasts demand from your own sales history. Forecasts are estimates produced by a statistical model. They are not advice, not a guarantee, and not a substitute for your own judgement about what to buy and when.

2. The pilot

• ForeFlux is currently in pilot and is free to use.
• Prices have not been set. We are deliberately setting them with pilot users rather than presenting them: we will ask you what the tool is worth to you before we decide. We will not charge you anything without telling you first, by email, with time to decide.
• The service is under active development. Features can change or be removed, and there may be interruptions.

3. Free period and pilot codes

• Every new account gets a free period of 30 days from sign-up.
• A valid pilot code adds a further 30 days to that period.
• The FIRST50 code is limited to the first 50 accounts to redeem it. One code per account; a code cannot be redeemed twice on the same account.
• When your free period ends, your account becomes read-only. Your records stay intact and exportable — you just can't add new ones until it is extended. Write to us and we will extend it.
• Founding accounts — those that redeemed a pilot code — keep their first paid month free when pricing is introduced.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one business. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

5. Your data

Your business records stay yours. We store and process them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export everything as JSON or delete your account outright from the Profile screen, at any time, without asking us.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use ForeFlux to break the law, to store anyone else's personal data without a lawful basis, to attack or overload the service, to reverse-engineer it, or to resell access to it. We can suspend an account that does.

7. Availability

There is no uptime guarantee during the pilot. We aim to keep the service up and to give notice of planned downtime, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Subscriptions and refunds

Not applicable during the pilot — there is nothing to subscribe to and nothing to refund. There is no card on file and no payment processor connected to this service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, ForeFlux is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, spoilage, or stock bought or not bought on the strength of a forecast. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months — which, during the pilot, is nothing.

10. Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. If we discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to the address on your account before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Metro Manila have exclusive jurisdiction.
